Cool Center is a program for transforming your computer in a "call
center".
The basic functions of the program is:
- realization of telephone conversations without the telephone
device - through headphones and microphone connected to the modem
- dialing of telephone numbers for outgoing calls and notification
about incoming calls
- work as an answering machine for recording and subsequent
listening of incoming calls
- adjustment of volume of headphones and microphone, functions of
auto-dialing and holding of a line
- pulse and tone dialing
- connecting to the provider for access to the Internet
- count of time spent in a network and amount of payment to the
Internet provider (with possibility of the registration of the
reduced rate in the days off and holidays)
- support of an address book with possibilities of dialing of
telephone numbers, sending e-mail and turn into web-pages;
- notebook for writing small textual notes;
- panel of speed dialing for a calls to frequently used telephone
numbers;
- hot keys for executing of various commands;
- background operation in system tray;
- multi-language interface;
